The Battle For Public School Funding- Dominic Carter Chimes In

The never ending battle over funding for public schools. Dominic Carter chimed in as a graduate of the NYC Public School System. (He attended five different NYC High Schools in four years, but still graduated on-time, from Theodore Roosevelt High School in the Bronx. back in 1982)

Dominic was one of the fortunate NYC Public School students. He then went on to the State University of New York, (the Educational Opportunity Program) where he graduated from SUNY-Cortland in just three years, and then went on to graduate school at the NewHouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University.

Dominic understands first hand the importance of education, especially considering he started in the housing projects in the Bronx.
